About the Editors:

Shahram Vaezy is an associate professor in the Department of Bioengineering at the University of Washington in Seattle. He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering and Ph.D. in bioengineering, both from the University of Washington.

Vesna Zderic is an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the George Washington University in Washington DC. She holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Belgrade in Serbia and a Ph.D. in bioengineering from the University of Washington.
